Peeled and pitted, it is free of residues and foreign materials. The Agrimontana jams are produced with the recipe "housewife", exclusively with fruit of first choice, without the addition of any additives. The secret of the flavor is given by the fact that Agrimontana uses only cane sugar from the Mauritius islands, thus obtaining the right degree of natural gelling, richer in flavor than the jams prepared at home, but without any kind of additive. Only the color of fruit, just the taste of fruit.

The product has the typical consistency of jams and tasty pieces of fruit. It has the color of the fruit and an intense, rich and natural flavor, characteristic of the ripe fruit.
This extra jam is high in fruit, from 70 to 95 g per 100 g of product (well beyond the minimum of 45 g provided for by the law for the denomination "Extra Jam"), and is without added pectin. Preparation stages include fruit cooking, brown sugar addition and low temperature under-vacuum concentration. Then follows the hot filling of the container and its rapid cooling. Mode of consumption It is particularly suitable for breakfasts, pies, stuffed with Krapfen, croissants and in cake fillings.
